We present a 30-year-old male with complex atrio-ventricular conduction abnormalities, including complete heart block, due to cardiac sarcoidosis. The conduction problems improved on immunosupresive therapy, never theless, having in mind a recurring character of bradyarrhythmias in sarcoidosis we decided to implant a leadless pacemaker as a protection. The procedure was successful with no complication and further follow-up was uneventful.
